Delivery Information

The majority of our orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel and Express Parcel network.

Our orders are picked up on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding public holidays), so for same day dispatch on these days orders must be received by 11am. Additional delays may incur over long weekends & public holidays, as Australia Post do not pick up, deliver or transit on these days.

Please note: EXPRESS does not necessarily mean guaranteed overnight delivery. Express times depend on Australia Post’s Express delivery network and the timeframes start from when you order is shipped (see above for shipping days). There may also be delays if your items are unable to be located or is on back order. If you are concerned about the ETA of your order, please contact us.

Some items are large and bulky and as such attract their own shipping charge separate to other haberdashery items.  We recommend adding the items to your cart then using the shipping quote function in the shopping cart for exact charges.
